I seriously hope that the City Council will not be lured by Arrillaga funds to build a new Menlo Park library. We certainly do not need one! Ours is fabulous. Don’t disrupt our existing city plan because of a billionaire’s priority. Let’s invest in a new Belle Haven library where it’s really needed....
