I am very excited about the prospect of housing in downtown Menlo Park. I believe this will, ultimately, create a better environment for businesses downtown and a healthier city for all of us. I also believe that the public doesnt fully grasp the fact that we are in a multi-round game; if we continue to reject solutions to bring more housing to our city, well wind up with more builders remedy projects.
