Please see the attached letter for a comment from HLC and Menlo Together in advance of Tuesdays upcoming council meeting regarding an RFQ for affordable homes in Menlo Parks downtown. We appreciate the herculean efforts by the city council and staff to engage as many Menlo Park residents as possible in this discussion and build consensus around the opportunity to meet community housing needs.
