Sunlight and fresh air are natural enemies of viruses, and were heavily employed during the Spanish Flu of 1918 : https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0195670113001540 This is a long battle, and we need everyone to participate for the long haul. This will be unsustainable - in particular for those who live in apartments or lack access to green space of their own - unless we give folks an ability to be outside (while maintaining the appropriate distance and wearing a mask!).
