Location of shelter/housing for M.P. Housing

Hello Councilman Mueller, Actually any homeless services or shelter or housing that receives public money are subject to California’s Public Records Act. So contrary to your assertion, there is no privacy mandate. It is stated in the Daily Post Article that shelter has already been offered to the homeless people but they turned down that offer hence the reason for the ordinance. What shelter was offered by name and address? When was the offer made? Where do you intend to house these homeless people, by name and address? If you cannot provide the name and address of the shelter and or housing than it will be concluded that the purpose of your proposed ordinance is to force the homeless to other cities. Thank you, Calif. Public Records Act: Gov't Code §6250-6268 https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/codes_displayText.xhtml?division=7.&chapter=3.5.&lawCode=GOV&title=1.&article=1 .> Pete Received on Tue Apr 21 2020 - 23:44:04 PDT
