I believe residents are worried about the type of people that “affordable housing” will attract to downtown Menlo Park.
I personally would address this exact topic, and show us what affordable housing actually means, who qualifies, etc.
Nobody wants to attract rift raft to downtown MP, and that’s what I perceive peoples concern with”affordable housing” remains.
