First, the City Attorney role should have stayed with the local firm, Jorgensen Siegel. You can fix this.
Secondly, you may not recall EIR issues with the Stanford Park Hotel. It was found that the pipes going from el Camino to the bay couldn’t handle the quantity of the hotel toilet soup. The solution I recall was to build holding tanks next to the hotel. These are covered by parking.
After midnight, the toilet soup is pumped under the tracks down Willow, I believe.
All your el Camino development may have similar issues.
