City Council - I implore you to weigh the consequences prior to cancelling burgess gymnastics. For many, many kids, it provides not only an avenue for exercise, but also to build their confidence, and promote friendships. Gymnastics gives my daughter's life meaning - she looks forward to it and talks about it all the time. It gives a true sense of accomplishment each time she masters a new skill. Additionally, she bonds with her peers going through the same achievements. The coaches have been amazing and inspiring. Please don't rob these kids of this true joy.
