Project HumaneKinds sold out inaugural launch party, "Plant Kindness," celebrated a remarkable event filled with recognition and gratitude. Held on Thursday, April 25th, the event honored outstanding individuals and organizations for their remarkable contributions to community and animal welfare. Esteemed Mayor Greer Stone presented awards, highlighting the significant impact of partners like Sheraton Palo Alto, Palo Alto City Library, Acterra, SolPods, Clorofil, Pink Paws for the Cause, Wendy Eilers and Michele Hollar.

Attendees were treated to an inspiring keynote address by Verlyn Klinkenborg, titled "The Earth is a Shelter," offering profound insights into sustainable living and compassion for Earth and its residents. Professor Virginia Walbots impassioned address on the importance of Humane Education resonated deeply. Emceed by the enchanting Patrick Livingstone from Magician Unique, the celebration was filled with magic and excitement. The silent auction, featuring generous donations from local businesses, added to the unforgettable atmosphere of celebration and unity.
