City Council, With the new San Mateo County guidelines regarding public swimming pools, I am hoping that Burgess pool will open very soon. I am a Menlo Masters swimmer and have sorely missed my daily workouts at Burgess pool for the past two months. Swimming is an important cornerstone of my life for health and fitness and this is the longest I have been out of the water for 58 years. I look forward to getting back in the pool ASAP.
