Just a quick message to beg you to allow burgess to open just for adult lap swim. Ladera opened last week and their safety protocols are great and neighbors are swimming. Meanwhile , we’ve been waiting day by day for burgess to open. We pay that pool soooo much money monthly for family memberships and masters programs, lesson programs, and club swim team. It’s crazy that I’m having to consider a 3k short term membership at Ladera just to stay healthy and sane. I recognize that kids would be a problem, but adults can use the same online sign up program Ladera is using with success. Swimmers say they never even come close to other people .
