To Whom it May Concern, In the midst of all of this mayhem, I would think that the last thing you want to do is to close the heart of the community's center where young and old can go to be nurtured and have a safe place for learning and growing! The community is already feeling oppressed, and now you are tearing them apart more instead of uniting them! Having a community center, that is close by for neighborhood kids, keeping them off of the streets, to take classes, workshops, extra curricular activities, and sports, is imparative for our growing country! Senior's that are no longer able to drive, or that they can walk to, need to have their center readily available for their much needed companionship, brain, mind and physical activity. I am sure that the City can find creative ways to keep the Belle Haven Center alive and not shut the doors of life to the Belle Haven Community!! Please keep it open!
