Chief Bertini's response was that all eight have already been enacted, however that doesn't appear to be the case. For example in the policy manual (300.3.4 CAROTID CONTROL HOLD - pp. 48) chokeholds are not banned. I won't go through all eight in this email, as I'd like to discuss these policies with the two of you and any other citizens who would like to join. How can we set that up?
