Dear Council Members,
The decision to build housing on downtown parking lots should still be
considered carefully. Currently, condo prices have been falling slightly
since 2018. Also, the jobs that have been added to Menlo Park are dominated
by Meta in east Menlo Park. Adding housing downtown will make traffic much
worse.

Any new housing that is built should be large enough for families. Part of
the reason condo prices arent keeping up with single-family houses is that
they are typically too small for families, with few units having more than
two bedrooms.
Thank you for your attention.
