Hi, Council Menlo Park should definitely recognize Juneteenth as part of recognizing that Black lives matter. There is infinitely more action to be taken but public recognition is a start! PS - What is our policy about calling the police vs other agencies to help people who present mental health or disciplinary problems? I keep thinking that poor homeless woman who got left on the beach in SF was treated kindly but not wisely.
