The imbalance in Menlo Park between housing and office space is already a concern. New development must be housing positive. The imbalance is demonstrative in the city’s housing prices.
Parkline’s 800 homes are a welcome addition but not enough. Please consider adding even more living spaces in this area - not so much office space! This is a perfect place for housing - more space and not crammed in downtown and putting many existing businesses OUT of business.
