It was recently announced that 5 new teachers have been hired for kids' swim lessons, and a coach for the Masters Program. Nothing has been done for the seniors who rely on the Wellness program and only 3 hours are devoted to the Aquacize lessons. The Wellness programs have been cancelled since March 2020 and the Aquacize program has only just started up at a very reduced scale. Nothing seems to be happening to cater to the older residents. Even the doors to the facility are not ADA compliant!
The winter schedule for the warm pool has just been released https://menloswim.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/Burgess-Schedule-Nov-13-Dec-31-2021.pdf and is primarily devoted to childrens' lessons and teams, the latter of which should be occurring at school pools.
