Hi, Council I would like to see a Black police chief, if we can find one, but only if it’s someone who is committed to anti-racist policing as part of a broader public safety program. Given that qualified officers are always in short supply, I think that values are more important than ethnicity. I think it will also take someone with magnificent people skills. Hoping God provides!
