Dear Council, In the interest of preserving our business district, I urge you to vote to make Santa Cruz Ave a pedestrian way. There is parking behind most businesses. A safe walkable way will encourage people to frequent the area and enjoy outdoor dining without vehicle exhaust. Parking spaces in front of empty storefronts (and there are many) are useless.
