Dear Councilmembers and City Staff, Thank you so much for making the Willows turn restrictions permanent. You have given us back our neighborhood and greatly improved our quality of life! Separately, I would note the 3pm start of the turn restrictions was intentional - that is when the commute traffic begins and, more importantly, when kids in our neighborhood are biking home from school. Changing the start of the turn restrictions to 4pm would greatly diminish the safety benefit of these measures.
