Dear Council members:
I am writing to fully support the Parkline/SRI proposal. I am thrilled that the development will welcome 800 new homes and 251 that are affordable for low and lower income households. The location of Parkline is perfect, near Burgess, schools, near transit and walking distance to downtown. What a perfect location. Everyone should be cheering this on.
The opportunity to produce 251 AFFORDABLE homes and 549 market rate homes is something to celebrate.
