Honorable Menlo Park City Council,
I’m writing to express my support for the updated SRI/Parkline proposal that includes 800 new homes. We urgently need these homes, especially the 154 homes that will be affordable to people of all incomes and abilities, including “extremely low income.”
The homes are in a fantastic location within walking distance to Burgess Recreation Center, downtown shops and restaurants, the Menlo Park Library, Caltrain, and bus lines. The location supports a healthy, diverse, and environmentally friendly city.
