Mayor Combs and City Council Members,
Petitions and ballots lend loud and needed voices to the people of a democracy.
Add to that how consultants aren’t elected and, instead, bring only unwarranted delay and expense.
So, please listen to the will of your voters and adopt the ballot measure insuring that they retain the final say on how downtown parking plazas are used.
I trust the people of Menlo Park.
