Mayor Combs and City Council Members,
I have lived in Menlo Park on Oak Grove Ave since 1989, and while I support more affordable housing in the area, I believe the proposal to replace the parking plazas between Oak Grove and Santa Cruz avenues with high rise residential buildings would be a disastrous decision for our community. I strongly urge you to adopt the Downtown Parking Plazas Ordinance, and expect actual Menlo Park residents will share my opinion and prevent such a misguided decision as to the location of such a project.
