Council Members,
The past couple of years have been hard for our city, the nation and the world. One silver lining to all this chaos has been the changes made on Santa Cruz avenue to allow more outdoor dining and open up outdoor community gathering spaces. These changes have proven to be wildly successful and have greatly improved our town.
I urge you to make these changes permanent.
I also urge you to consider expanding public areas on Santa Cruz avenue even further, and to consider making the street a permanent pedestrian only zone, at least in parts.
