Dear Honorable Mayor Drew Combs, and Members of the Menlo Park City Council,
The "$165,000+/- Consultants Study is a waste of time and taxpayer money.
Why?
If the final consultants study is "interpreted" by three of the council members to mean: "the Ballot Measure is detrimental in some way"; Would you three, as representatives of ONLY your own constituencies, be able to Ethically justify a lawsuit by the city to "Ban All Voters the Right To VOTE???
Repeat: "Can YOU three ban ALL voters, Not just your own voters?"
For example: Can you Three council members ban Drew Combs voters?
Please seriously think about this:
As Elected Council Members you must surely see that by suing to stop this vote, you will face such voter outrage that your tenure and reputation would face disgrace, and an immediate and overwhelming RECALL!
Bottom line:
Why Not let the voters decide if the Parking Lots are Essential to our Downtown.
In the mean time explore other locations for State Mandated Low Cost Apartments.
