Palo Alto Airports latest project; more noise, more pollution

Dear City Councils.I am writing to you both as a concerned neighbor from Palo Alto. The Palo Alto Airport appears to be trying to increase flights into their airport through the guise of safety. Here is the link with the information and to join in a Zoom meeting this comingThursday evening, Nov. 13, at 5 pm.  Hmmm......dinner time.  Interesting time to choose.

The bottom line is that the airport would provide more weather information in the off hours between 9 pm and 7 am.  This will only encourage aircraft, probably mostly business aircraft, to use the airport in the middle of the night.  This would increase the chance of accidents, more noise at night, and pollution as the airport has done little to discontinue the use of leaded fuel.
Encourage them to partner with Moffett Field for this project.  Palo Alto Airport was originally placed there to be for single/2 people pilots flying as a hobby or short trip on weekends to mountains, etc.  It was NOT placed there for businesses to use.Angel Wings and the Stanford Hospital helicopter is all well and good and should stay there, but NOT as a tech airport for 1 percenters.
Thank you for your time and consideration.Sincerely, Diane McCoyPalo Alto Resident (literally 1 mile away from KPAO...)
