Good morning City Council members,
I wanted to reach out and ask the questions as to why homeowners/renters are still planting new lawns ? As we enter yet another very severe drought I'm seeing a newly renovated home on the 1100 block of Madera getting ready to plant new grass ? I have also questioned why the Code Enforcement is no longer ticketing parked cars out for overnight parking and the increasing numbers of disability plaques being used to stay parked on Pierce for over 5 months not moving at all.
I have also noticed the increased number of cars left un operating in and on properties on Newbridge? Have the regulations changed ? I did reach out to CE months ago and was informed they do not reach out to homeowners about non operating cars left in driveways and that they have to be reported..
