Fran - hope not being too intrusive. Any reason you guys havent installed solar at 701 Laurel St?
From what I saw on Google Earth, looks like you guys have plenty of sunlight and a big enough roof for it. Did some back of the napkin math and numbers look promising. Mind if I sent them over?
