Menlo Park will Lose either the lawsuit against them or the Ballot Measure against them , OR both.
Menlo Park must win BOTH.
The mathematical probability of the city winning BOTH is 25%.
That will be the end of the "building apartments on our parking lots" AND the end of Time and taxpayers Money WASTED.
