Dear+City+Council+Members,++Thank+you+for+supporting+new+homes+and+modern+parking+solutions+on+Menlo+Parks+city-owned+parking+lots.+I+urge+you+to+place+the+proposed+measure+on+the+November+2026+general+election+ballot+rather+than+calling+for+a+March+special+election+-+both+to+save+cost+and+to+ensure+high+voter+turnout.+Voter+turnout+is+almost+three+times+higher+in+a+general+election+than+in+a+special+election+and+will+better+reflect+the+will+of+Menlo+Park+voters.
