Mayor Combs and City Council,
I do NOT support the Downtown Parking Plazas Citizens’ Initiative. There
are alternative ways to provide parking for local small businesses, like
above or underground parking garages that I prefer. I think it makes a lot
of sense to repurpose some or all of the existing lots to create housing
for other families in the area.
