Dear Mayor, Vice Mayor, City Council Members, and honorable staff,
Thank you for continuing to support the housing program to foster new homes
and modern parking solutions on Menlo Parks city-owned parking lots.
I urge you to place the proposed measure on the November 2026 general
election ballot rather than calling for a March special election - both to
save cost and to ensure high voter turnout.
Voter turnout is almost three times higher in a general election than in a
special election and will better reflect the will of Menlo Park voters.
