City Council Members,
I intend to help our community understand the many potential consequences
of the Council decision to postpone the "ordinance" election until November
2026 and want to start by soon addressing a
central question in my Almanac blog.
Is it true that this decision allows the Council to enter into a developer
agreement for affordable housing on one or more parking lots BEFORE this
election date?
I would appreciate receiving an answer from the Councilby December 15.
