I need to comment on the premature retirement of your narcotics
detection dog Duke. I feel your chief made a huge mistake. Duke has a lot more to give to your agency and the community. He has proven himself in the field and is a great connection to the youth of your area. He has helped bring the police and the kids together, and helped create a positive relationship between the two.
I hope the council could impress upon the chief that he should reconsider his decision. Thank you.
