Dear council-members,
I urge you to dramatically downsize the proposed development on this piece of land. This is way too many apartments for this piece of property. Since at the present time there is only one way in and one way out of this development it would create a disastrous traffic and safety issue to our neighborhood.
This piece of property adjacent to Suburban Park was created for Flood school to serve the children of the Suburban Park neighborhood.
I am not opposed to its development but please be realistic in doing so.
I would hope you would investigate other entrances and exits to this property.
