Hello,
I am a resident of suburban park and wanted to voice my support for adding low income housing in the area AND my concern for the safety of the suburban park residents if the neighborhood is used as the access to the new development. The neighborhood is filled with kids who bike and scooter around and people walking their dogs around all the time. It is a feature that attracted us to buy in this neighborhood - we have two little ones and we use the neighborhood streets often for supervised play. I really can't imagine if the traffic flow were to more than double in our quiet little neighborhood. It would really alter the safety and enjoyment of suburban park. I'd like to see the project happen, and am hopeful that a safer access route(s) can be identified. Thanks for considering.
