This email meant to report a side walk issue. I initially tried to submit this through my ACT account, but I was unable to log in -- the web login redirects me to a blank page, and the mobile app is not compatible with my phone’s operating system. This email address sounds the only better contact after googling, so I apologize for reaching out this way, and would really appreciate if you could please forward this message to the appropriate department.
I am a resident of Sharon Heights. While walking on the sidewalk opposite 970 Altschul Ave, just outside of La Entrada School, I noticed a line (possibly an electrical line) hanging directly in the middle of the sidewalk. It appears to be dripping down from the power line above and is low enough to be easily reached—lower than my head height (I am 53").
This situation could be dangerous. Even if the line itself is not live, it could be pulled accidentally and potentially damage the overhead lines.
Ive attached two photos, one close-up, and one is from afar. Please have someone take a look at this issue and make the necessary repairs.
