Below is a comment on Nextdoor by a student at La Entrada which states the case well for not allowing PBS to expand:Ian Enbom4m·West Menlo ParkI’m a student who attends La entrada middle school and I can confirm that everyday when I walk to school, the traffic is super clogged. Furthermore, the portables have been a hassle and have had little to no benefits. As said by many of my teachers, the portables would cost a million dollars to remove. Nowadays, no students are using the portables and are only rarely used for staff meetings and PE teachers when it rains. Additionally, the lawn past the trees is valuable land that our PE program had been neglected for years and would highly benefit from having. Overall, PBS is a burden on the LLESS’s students and staff and in my opinion, I agree that the LLESD should take the actions needed to help everyone in the neighborhood from the people who attended the school to the people who drive in the area.
