The attached does *NOT* address the question of the fiscal impact of each
of the RFP proposals by:
1) Alliant Communities;
2) Bay Presidio; and
3) Related California
Your response does not answer my questions in the attached document.
Are you saying the City has *NOT* done an analysis of the fiscal impact of
each of these proposals?
If the City has not, then when will the City have such an analysis?
