Hello, Mayor and City Council Members!
I love the idea of welcoming the West Menlo Triangle to incorporate to the
City of Menlo Park! However, I don’t love the idea of waiving the fees,
especially since it doesn’t seem like the fees will be recuperated by taxes
after they are incorporated. It doesn’t seem fair for current residents to
fund the work to admit future residents.
