Hello Menlo Park City Council Members,
I am a 30 year resident of Menlo Park and a long time user and enthusiast of Menlo Park aquatics.
I participated in all of the Belle Haven Pool Hybrid Model Community Task Force meetings and have been very impressed by the diligence of city staff in solicitating feedback from the community, particularly from Belle Haven residents. I believe this work will help the City Council better understand the goals the community has for the Belle Haven pool.
I urge the City Council to direct city staff to continue to develop the hybrid model so that a vibrant aquatics community can be built around Belle Haven pool, offering the services and programming desired by residents.
