Dear city council members and staff,
Im writing to support action to finalize the design of the Middle Avenue
Pedestrian and Bicycle Rail Crossing project. We need to have this project
shovel ready while continuing to close the gap in funding.
Living in the Willows and with three kids who will all eventually go to
Hillview, we need a safe way for our children to cross CalTrain. A tunnel
would achieve this. Furthermore, it would reduce car trips between The
Willows and West Menlo Park, decreasing traffic and pollution.
