Re: Election Issue.

This is important because it unfairly influences the outcome of the ballot initiative voting.

Please be advised that, in my opinion, your website makes a statement that misrepresents the status of the downtown parking lots, and will affect the voters opinions on the parking lot ballot initiative.

This statement:

"The City of Menlo Park is exploring development on certain City-owned downtown parking lots."

I presume you are relying on a "Title Opinion".
The controlling word is "OPINION".

There is a lawsuit that challenges the use of the parking lots for "State mandated low cost apartments".

In my opinion:
There is a CLOUD ON THE TITLE, as a result of pending litigation.

Please re-write the statement to correctly read.

The City of Menlo Park is exploring development on certain downtown parking lots.

AND in the future, Do Not refer to the parking lots as "City Owned".

I repeat:

This is important because it unfairly influences the outcome of the ballot initiative voting.

Thank you,
