Subject: recycling dumpster
Hello,
For your information, the reason the recycle bin is overflowing on
Tuesday morning is that the driver did not wait for it to be
emptied on Monday, he returned the empty garbage dumpster
and the full recycle dumpster to their places. He also
left the recycle bin on the curb from Friday until Monday.. As i
told Elise, I dont want to be the garbage monitor, but when it
happens right in front of me, I cant help but notice.
