Dear City Council,
I am writing to advocate for the Belle Haven community pool to be public
and free of charge for local residents. Since Belle Haven is an inclusive
and open community, the pool should be accessible to all residents without
fees or restrictions.
However, I do support implementing a fee for visitors from outside the
community.
