Dear Menlo Park City Council and Mayor.
I support Menlo Park exploring BlocPower as a partner to move
Menlo Park to Net Zero. BlocPower has success in a tough market
in making buildings energy efficient. They bring a new perspective
to Menlo Park. Making our cities all net zero is a difficult job.
New approaches will be needed, things we have not tried before.
One of their projects is to make Ithaca New York Net Zero. This
is a city similar in size to Menlo Park. BlocPower's experience
with financing will likely be most helpful to building a large
scale program.
