Urgent Billing Request - Removal of Past Due Charges and Late Fees – Meter #13385

To Menlo Park Municipal Water / Util360,
I am writing regarding the current balance on our water account associated with meter #13385.
Our last payment was made in May 2024, which was during the transition to Util360. After that time, we did not receive ongoing billing statements. We later learned that an incorrect email address was on file, and no paper bills were received by mail.
As a result, charges continued to accumulate for an extended period without proper notice to us. We were not given a fair opportunity to make timely monthly payments because billing communications were not successfully delivered.
Given these circumstances, we respectfully request billing relief due to the prolonged delay and administrative issues outside of our control.
Specifically, we request:

1. Removal or adjustment of past due charges dating back to 2024 that accrued during the period when bills were not properly delivered
2. Full waiver of all late fees, penalties, or past due charges related to delayed billing notices
3. Reasonable adjustment of the outstanding balance based on fairness and the utility’s failure to provide timely billing
4. A manageable payment arrangement for any remaining verified balance

We have made multiple attempts to seek assistance through phone calls, chat, and support tickets, but the matter remains unresolved.
We value resolving this cooperatively and ask that this request be reviewed promptly and in good faith.
