Dear MP city council members, Im writing to urge your all to cast a "NO"
vote this Tuesday on the proposed newsrack fee measure. Newspapers such as
the Almanac, Daily Post, etc have been essential in covering local news and
connecting and engaging our MP community. I consider them an essential free
public service that keep democracy alive on a local level. Printed News
outlets have been facing financial hardships while serving a noble and
indispensable democratic purpose. I urge you all to vote down this proposed
measure unanimously.
