Hi there,
I have a question re: the upcoming developments of the USGS & SRI
Campuses: Parkline
will be adding 646 residential units while Presidio Bay is proposing 670
housing units (and this doesnt include proposed office building numbers
for both projects). If the Downtown housing proceeds, three massive
developments will likely be occurring simultaneously within less than a
mile of one another.
Have considerations and traffic studies been made with regards to both
short-term & long-term impact on overall infrastructure, traffic and
circulation around downtown and its immediate neighborhoods?
